I used to be a driver for that agency, and although I can't say that they are the best organization ever, I know of no such policy. Are you talking about the Boston Mag's Professional services section? Thats where all the escorts advertise. The Massage section is a totally different part of the magazine and I don't really know what goes on there. As for the agencies that put display ad's in Boston Mag. they are the same rip off ones that put ad's in the yellow pages and get busted all the time.
Also I know of one line Ad that is posted in Boston Mag at times by a bait and switch agency called I believe AA Or AAA International Or Allison International ,Or Jill International. The Ad starts out "If You Think Smart Is Sexy" Or "Date An Ivy League". That Agency is a Big Rip Off. She also has an Ad in the Yellow Pages.
I know about her because I worked for her for a little while before quiting because she put a fake photo of me on her web site and claimed it was me. NOT!
I've had a line ad in that magazine for a few years now. Met some very classy gentlemen over the years from that Ad.
As for independents that have line ad's in Boston Mag. I know and have met a couple of them that advertise and they are Ok. No rip off's that I know of. But I'm only speaking of the couple of girls that I've met and know.
