I however get the feeling your a plant of some sort trying to dissuade all from participation in the hobby. They’re much like the plethora of "TAX CHEAT BUSTED" articles that fill the newspapers every March & early April to put the fear of the IRSs usurped power into our minds.

A TER review is theo-ret-i-cally (or, should I do my best Huggy Bear and say "theorhetorically"?) double hearsay as well, and believe me, it always is considered admissable by the judge.
