END OF MESSAGE

For those of us who knew and remember Marine Sergeant, I just learned that he passed away this morning of natural causes. His health has been bad for quite a while, but his attitude was always upbeat. His diseases finally got the better of him.

Sad news indeed.  I haven't seen him in a couple years, but we've had a few brews together and some great bar-b-que sandwiches!!  He truly adored the ladies of Vegas!   R.I.P my friend!

So Sad. I knew his health was bad but had no idea it was this close. I know/knew him from the early years way back in 2001-2004 when he came to many a Meet and Greet. Rest well my fellow grunt.

Sorry to hear.  He was a really good guy.

This goes to show all of you that we are NOT invincible. Life is so short. Love the one you're with. Appreciate the small things in life. Enough this wonderful hobby with ONLY these wonderful professional Las Vegas providers along with your out of town local providers. Take care of one another because no one else will. I have enjoyed this hobby in the short time I've been in it because of all the fantastic compassion. Bonding is such a wonderful thing. God rest Sargents soul.

MarineSgt was an interesting character, for sure, and his name brings back memories of the best times here. He started out a little cock-eyed (didn't we all) and created his share of fuss & drama, but once he he got over obsessing for L.J. day and night he turned out to be a very normal and upbeat guy, LOL.

You couldn't find a more devoted White Knight for the ladies.

Stand down Marine. Your watch is over.

I saw Sarge last year when he came to Vegas to enjoy a list of all his favorite ladies. LOL
After we sat down for a chat a told me about his diagnosis.
Even though he knew it might be his last time here, he never acted as if it was.
He was laughing and joking around. I knew that he was sad and in pain. I could see it in his eyes.
Sarge and I have been friends for many years. And his kindness and friendship I will truly keep in my heart forever.
A gentle, caring, loving man who had so much to offer.
I honer him as a friend, and a fellow veteran.
You will be missed my dear friend.

Life is too short
Let's celebrate each other and be kind.

anyone is interested, Marine Sergeant's military funeral will be held at 1:00 central time on Monday, Feb 23rd, at the Floral Haven Cemetery in Broken Arrow, OK, which is a suburb of Tulsa. If you google that cemetery, you can find his obituary. His initials are D.E.C.

Really sad to hear this news, but thanks to TL for informing us.  I remember Sarge as a really friendly soul, and he seemed to always have a kind word about everyone.
He was around at the infancy days of Vegas M & G's and it was always fun to be in his company.  Sarge will be missed by many.
