I have a silly question. Do the TS providers cum for every client ? It sounds impossible to me to cum that many times (at least I cannot). Unless they don't have as many clients, say in a day, as what I am thinking ...

I had an orchiectomy several years back and no longer ejaculate. Often times clients are really dissapointed and think that this means I don't get off. In reality I still have the same amount of orgasms (which lucky for me has always been damn near unlimited).
