Hi,
For those guys that use trimix injections and still have an erection after ejaculation, well I have a hair trigger so I asked my urologist at the V.A. and he said because that may be a side effect he could not give it to me as there is no drug prescribed for premature ejaculation.

I am guess you got it due to the pills not working?  It'a very disappointing to look forward to time with one of our beautiful ladies and it's over so quickly.  I  love giving oral but back when I was seeing a lady a few times I asked her if she enjoyed receiving but while she would do it she said it was too intense.  I have not see anyone since.  So do I try lying to the Dr. as my old one has moved on but it may be in my notes.

I have to save for the pleasure and that's fine, thinking of a  holiday treat if I can even find a willing lady to allow normal type of play if jr. is not working.

Thanks,
Bordello6

or as you suggest try another doc.  Have you tried the pills? They sometimes make orgasms more difficult. They did with me.

Oh the lady was great and not that she didn't like it, she found it very intense and did not like that part of it.  As for the pills, the first time I still had the hair trigger but  did keep  the erection for some time afterwards.

It's more the embarrassment of having a lady say, is that all???  And not in a very nice tone.  I am not blaming anyone, it would be nice to have a more normal session.  The problem is mine not hers.

I think I should have asked is how are the gents getting the trimix as it sounds like it might help my problem.

Thanks,

When I suggested another woman I meant that some might enjoy extend attention to their pleasure.
I can readily endorse Trimix injections. I just ask my primary care Physician and he wrote me script to a compounding pharmacy. Insurance doesn't cover it. Bummer!  But I'm not sure that would help with premature ejaculation. Several men have reported that Viagra and Cialis have interfered with ability to have an orgasm. That includes me. Also have you considered masturbation before your date. When I was a very lot younger I had a hair-trigger too and I would sometimes jack off an hour or so before and it slowed me down.

Thanks, I just didn't know if maybe I did not ask what I was trying to.  I'm 69 but most would never know it but I live on a tight budget and to just to find out what is working could be costly if there is not a nice time. Now I said nice, the ladies company means a lot also.

The fact that if you don't have a regular you can't just come out and ask directly the questions I need to know. I intend to save for my Xmas present even if I have to go to Nevada but I know the game there, oh, can I bring you a drink, sure and there went 20 min of our time.  I would much rather spend at home and had a new friend.

I may try telling the urologist the  pills are not working to see if he would suggest the injections. I have  been single for 30 years and it's a lonely life so I would like a new friend but not if I am going to be made to feel bad.

Thanks for you suggestion,
Bordello69

I guess my only advice now would be for you to research thoroughly on TER the providers in your location. I think if you read their reviews and pay attention to the comments about attitude and personality you might find one that would listen to your problem. Then give her a try. I'd almost bet that she would listen. But whatever Good Luck!

I'll take care of that for you. I am sure we could find some mutual satisfaction - over and over- in more ways then one!

Thanks for the kind offer but at this point I had better see the what the Doc can do first.

Cheeers,

First option being a cock ring which ( sometimes)  can keep you from ejaculating and there are some creams that can be effective.  Feel free to send me a pm I can recommend a cream that may help

Many years ago, before AIDS and when my wife was alive we never used a condom because I also had a vasectomy. I used some  creme on me. It made it numb but also made her numb---back to the drawing board LOL

LOL,
Got my vest. just before the aids thing, back out with the raincoat.  Can't win.  I'm  on the small side so never have gotten a lot of dates but would like one last nice time even if just having a pleasant  time with some touchy oral type stuff. (me to her is fine)

Thanks,

Bordello69

Dear Bordello 69:
Is the dosage determined by weight or other factors? Another question you should ask is what is the active pharmaceutical that is in the drug itself? Once you have researched that question, you will begin to find the answer to a lot of you issues alluding to have a normal resolution as opposed to the priapism that seems to be occurring after copulatory activity.

If you visit an urologist or your PCP he or she will tell you the dosage to start amd how to inject it and in 10 minutes will return to see how it has worked. The when you get the prescription filled they will give a very detailed instruction sheet and will answer any questions. Sudafed is the  answer to prevent priapism.

Thanks for trying to give the help but I'm not holding a membership at this time.  Been many years since I have tried a cream so they may have come a long way.

Thanks again,
Bordello69

95% of the men I see can not last more than 5-10 minutes.  I just keep going, why would you need an erection for a bbbj?

Bordello69454 reads

Because it's not what I'm looking for, I would rather give.

Cheers

go to the doctor then come over to my place and you can lick me for a long time and then I will do it to you. really.
I can't really get my head around what you are looking for- A doctor on this site -or a woman- or someone to say it is all over for ya! And it isn't over if you don't want it to be over! :)
