Cops busted a multimillion-dollar call girl ring yesterday, nabbing 18 people linked to what investigators called a citywide sex-for-sale empire.
King pimp Frank Farella, 44, of Staten Island sent chauffeur-driven hookers all over the city and suburbs through his escort businesses - including Personal Touch and Gentlemen's Delight, Attorney General Eliot Spitzer said.
