perhaps we should arrange a ladies m&g in the SF / East or South Bay areas so that we can get to know each other to help make things a bit safer in the referencing department.
I have had some problems with ladies that were immensely popular on that other board, but are just getting started here. I think that if we were able to get together and introduce ourselves those ladies who are hesitant or not as known on this board can have a chance to network and make new friends...
