So there is no way of determining where a "nice" one will be. Probably a reasonable assumption that girls that want to charge more will park themselves at more expensive venues.
That said, there is no way I'd attempt a hook up with a casino girl.
Consider:
She may be an undercover cop working a sting.
She may be a thief looking to rob you.
She may attempt to drug you to accomplish a robbery.
She may have a "friend" who will "convince" you to cash a large check at the casino to give to them lest your SO be informed of your activities or you have a nasty fall in the hotel shower.
With all the information available to you here, why take the risk?
If the theater of picking up a gal in the casino is a turn on for you, I am certain there is more than one TER lovely willing to engage in a role play with you.
True they don't "work" for the hotel per se but your "nicer girls" know how to play the game and to tip out the bartenders. some security, and some dealers. It's a way of saying "you scratch my back, I'll scratch yours"..Like the movie Casino, with Ginger.And the hotels give the girls some lead way as long as they don't act like assholes. My feeling on this is that the nicer the hotel, the "nicer" the girls you'll find. may offer to play "matchmaker" for hotel guests. This happens with Casino Hosts on the high end and bartenders on the low end, but that does not even approach them working the hotel

The girls exist at every hotel, there is no known hotel that is known to have any specific line up at any given night. It's all chance.
If you're looking for a lineup, the strip club is your be$$$$t option.
