In fact, within the last 3 weeks, I ended my own personal period of self-denial, which lasted about 7 weeks.  That's the longest time I can recall restraining myself.  It only took about 7 seconds to end it.

Back in college about 20 years ago, I went a period of about 6 weeks without release.  However, in both instances, I was also in the midst of much longer stretches of involuntary celibacy, neither of which ended when I finally did have another "O".

I can be "master of my domain"; just not very often.
