She was injured before the session started and didn't want to tell you. She thought she could go through with it, and then realized that doing it was too painful. If this is it, then the very thought of pounding in doggie was probably agonizing for her.
That's all hypothetical. If it isn't that, IMHO, she's probably washed up as a provider.
