I've never been to one, but I'm interested in attending. How do they work? Is it something you have to be invited to? Is there an upcoming one anyone knows about? Sorry for all the questions, just basically looking to get in touch with the right people. Any help is appreciated!

Go to the Meet & Greet Board and scroll down to the Las Vegas Meet and Greet message. Read through there and you will start to get answers to your questions.
If you don't know where the Meet and Greet Board is, look under the TER General Boards on the left hand side under the Discussion Boards header.
