not whether there is a God or not. What you are looking for is a world with no consequences, which does not exist.
Basically what you are saying is you want to run your tongue up a gals ass and have a 'God' protect you from the consequences, if there should happen to be any? You have free choice to do whatever you like. But, some choices come with consequences. Why not jump off a 15 story building and then blame a 'God' because you didn't quite land as softly as you would have liked to.

Fantasy is purely fantasy. I am sure a lot of people have had fantasies that never become reality that border on the extreme and forbidden. It is just wishful thinking that made me comment that if there truly was a God there would be no STDs.

The theological problem arises from the notions that God is all-powerful (omnipotent), all-knowing (omniscient) and good (benevolent).
There are evil things that happen in the world. (e.g. a preschooler is brutally raped and murdered by a child molester.)
Does this occur because God is unable to prevent it? Then he is not omnipotent.
Does this occur because God is unaware of the occurrence? Then he is not omniscient.
Does this occur because God simply does not care about the event? Hardly an attitude one would call benevolent.
If anyone of these attributes is missing, then the notion of God is incorrect.
The problem not only arises from the evil acts of man, which might be explained by an opposing force of evil (Satan), but also from acts of nature. A tornado destroys an Oklahoma town killing dozens. Does not prevent this because he can't (~omnipotent) or because he doesn't care (~benevolent) or is unaware (~omniscient).
That is the theological problem of evil.
STD's would be an natural evil.

On the subject of preference, I think every lady is different so it helps to ask. Perhaps, give some heads up so that she has a chance to do extra cleaning. Personally, I prefer all oral action to be in a gentle and teasing fashion.
On the subject of safety, you can use a rubber dam. It's a thin layer of latex made for safer sex practices, sold in some sex shops and online (I use condomdepot.com). I've had it used on me and use it to perform DATO on others. Majority of clients liked it. It does take a minute to get comfortable at using it. Your other option is to pick someone who gets tested frequently. I believe, it's a responsible and logical thing to do if you are sexually active. I am happy to show my results any time.
