Thank you to all the wonderful and sweet replies/PMs. It was a very hard choice but in the end I have to pick Harmony because I feel she would be the best match for my friend. I'm so jealous! I might have to get myself a present too!! 
My best friend and I will be in Las Vegas weekend of the 21st. His 40th b-day is actually on Monday, but I was looking to get him a little 40th bday treat on Saturday the 22nd. He has never been with a provider but is VERY curious (we talked about it years ago) and now I want to introduce him to the hobby with a wonderful present. He loves blond and voluptuous but hair color is not a deal breaker - he does prefers white women though. My budget is $500 (maybe $600 for the right girl). I could find a girl in the hotel casino, but that experience is usually very poor - I want his first experience to be a great GFE. I am white listed on TER and have been in the hobby for years (with references and everything if you need) but is it weird to arrange a date for my rookie friend? Please help if you are okay with this arrangement - PM me!
