This is ripe for a lawsuit! Whoever thinks of these things.... that an anonymous notification that you have an STD!? wow! would be appropriate, especially if it does not come from the dept of health?
I gotta say - this is truly dumb... in most instances if one tests positive - they can use the health dept to provide the notification if they are not up to facing or notifying the people involved....
this sure is interesting....
Besides I can't afford to send out fifteen or twenty thousand ecards!
