It looks like some people signed up for it, although I never would as I have concerns about its inherent lack of discretion.

I was actually wondering about the status of it, though, since they haven't advertised it in a few months.  I'm just curious about how it's going because I'm also skeptical about many hobbyists will actually be able to attend such an event (multiple days away, out of cell phone range, etc.).

Despite my misgivings, I do, however, wish them well, and would love to hear that it's a success.
