Personally, since most of my fun happens on home turf, I look for someone that's available in the day, offers incall, and bbbj.  TER's search is a bit lacking in that you can't pick multiples, so then it becomes a one by one investigation.  I've previously stated that I like ladies on the thin side, but can't pick thin & skinny as one search...also some are listed as average, which in my opinion is a horrible thing to call a provider.  After all that, I'm looking for solid reviews, comments that agree with pictures, price within acceptable tolerance, and probably 1000 other intangibles...unless the little guy is running the mouse...LOL

1) Appearance, particularly facial features, is very important for me.
2) Size is important. I prefer skinny/thin/average ladies. I usually choose petite women because I'm not tall myself.

Performance is not that important for me. CBY is fine with me, but I prefer DFK.

3) Attitude is important; unfortunately TER does not have a rating for that.

Appearance is the most important to me as I am always looking for a very attractive atf.  Size and fitness is second, but very hard to puzzle out from the reviews.  Cost is third since I hobby quite freqently and even a $50 difference can be important when I'm seeing someone 5 times a month.  AC gives a frequent flier discount and I think that is going to make me use them quite a bit in the future.

#1-Personality- I like a provider that is on the discussion boards and chat room. You can tell a lot by her posts and replies.
#2-Looks of course! Pictures of her face.
#3-Reviews a miniumum of 10 reviews will do (can weed out the jerkoff reviewers from the honest ones).

TER reviews by reviewers I think to be credible. I have been with all sizes, shapes, and colors and itz all good. A provider's attitude and boundaries are just as important to me as looks and will overrule looks if the woman is a wild one. If a review even mentions YMMV I look elsewhere.

I would have to say that true GFE service is my number one priority.  By that, I mean kissing, DATY, BBBJ and a good attitude.  Next would be looks then location/availablity as some times I just can't wait too long.

Appearance, attitude, & GFE all based on reading the reviews.  If you are not a VIP member, upgrade so that you have all the information to make an informed decision.

I assume you mean the search criteria for the TER search function?

For me, it's:

1) Full, no-rush session
2) Real pics
3) Piercings -no. (Tied with "Tattoos - no," honestly.)

Also, I prefer natural breasts, natural bush and less than about 140lbs, but none of these features is even close to mandatory.  Performance (numerical and narrative) trumps all.

She absolutely must have a sense of humor!!!!!

3 feet tall, flat head and if she can breathe through her ears.

I always look for the following :

1. large and firm breasts.  Failing that, a figure that is evenly-proportioned AND NOT bottom-heavy ;

2. GFE experience greatly appreciated ;

3. interesting and exotic multicultural background.  Vanilla providers usually tend to be too bland. Foreign birth usually a plus ;

4. good attitude and a pleasant-sounding voice always welcome [a slight accent is usually nice], but this is hard to judge with a brief call to set up an appointment.  Want her to be an interesting conversationalist with a sense of humor  as we wil be force to BS between pops ;

5. absence of tattoos and body piercings usually a plus [oops! that's 5 things].

I'm not personlally too concerned about performanance ratings unles they are all low and consistently cite the same problems.  

I'm open to pretty much everything in terms of age [I'll go up to 60 if the provider is still in good shape and has legit photos to back it up], height, hair color and length.  Always like to try new things, even if I on occassion get burned.

Things to avoid - bad locations, limited hours, limited range of services, overly-elaborate screening [a eference and a tw-call system is a s far as i'll trouble myself], insane prices.
