I accidentally replied to the wrong message so my original response is below. But just to clarify:
1) there will be no P4P at the party. Not at all. The purpose of this party is to celebrate with friends.
2) the block of rooms - essentially we are working with a hotel to make rooms available at a cheaper than normal rate so those who plan on drinking have a place where they can crash and not have to drive. Although I am picking up the tab for the party, it is up to individuals to make (and pay for) their own reservations if they choose to do so
