...yesterday to find an accepted password when trying to access a new site!

I have 2 basic passwords, a vanilla one and a non-vanilla one, with some slight variations on each, like the capital letter or the number. I also have a spreadsheet with the password sites and what password I used for each, too many to remember which one I used for each one.

...I've started using pass phrases.
not on my hard drive. In addition, I do not have to keep it secret from anyone either, so I have a slight advantage over many guys in hobby land.

...then was told I could not have three of the same characters in a row, and needed to add a symbol. I swear to God, if I was not doing this to add another layer of security on my new tablet, I would have thrown it across the room! Seriously!
