Which is a shame because as I commented o the other entertainment thread Nocturne did a really good show.
I did hear from a number of entertainer friends in town that Nocturne added in an act by a female magician who 'loses' her silk scarf and takes off all her clothes looking for it only to find it hidden in ... yes u guessed - her vagina . Now normally I would call bullshit on this but I heard it from more than one person and they happen to be notable magicians in town who also happen to know the female magician in said story.Perhaps thats why they n longer have a show? banned like The Acts perhaps? (although I heard that The Acts was moving to club paradise who are trying to reinvent themselves as more than just another strip club)
Naturally, the best entertainment is enjoying the skills of one of LV's finest. But sometimes ya need a break. And hey, these ladies enjoy, and deserve, a night out as well.
Now we all know about the multiple Cirque shows. Personally, I've only seen Love and it was great. Ka's on my "next" list.
Then there's Absinthe! Been there twice....and will like see it again. It's raunchilarious!!

Run, Rabbit, Lie! Haven't seen it. But produced by the same folks that do Absinthe....so there has to be merit to it, eh?
Oh, and if you're going to be in town for Halloween, well, check the M&G board! You WILL be entertained

Anthony Cools can be good or bad depending on who is on stage that night. I've seen it twice. The first time was entertaining but the second time nobody got hypnotized so it was kind of boring.
You cannot go wrong with most (but not all) of the Cirque shows.
And of course Hands down Absinthe is the best show. Like they say "If you only see one show in your entire life make it Absinthe!"

Live Burlesque has been called Vegas' BEST Neo-Burlesque show. Think bawdy, comedic, cheeky, playful and SEXY!
The show is held on the last Saturday night of every month at 9PM at Boomers Bar. It's a bit of a dive bar but it has the private performance area and stage in the back where all of the action takes place!
I hope to see you there some time!
(And Agreed, Absinthe is amazing! Highly recommended!)
Kitty is right - there was a woman who had that unique strip tease act as part of the show. However, there was a falling out between the group that did the entertainment and the casino so the entire show was cancelled. Now it is just a nice bar/restaurant/club with some entertainment. Too bad as the show was fantastic.
