Book the room last minute or book direct. Big chains like Hyatt and Hilton refund you the money or let you book another date no problem but if you use a third party website like Hotels.com or Priceline you kiss your money goodbye. If I were a provider I would do only outcall or if they request incall, I would ask the hotel money to be paid in advance. They can buy Hilton and Hyatt gift card and send it to you ahead of the appointment.

Good Luck!

Hi everyone,

I'm reaching out to the community for help/advice regarding incalls. Though I mainly prefer outcalls, it seems that most of my clients request incalls, so I'm trying to be accommodating, but I'm running into a few problems.

First, to the other ladies who use hotel rooms: How do you handle cancellations? Not sure if it is just me (hope not), but I've recently had several last minute cancellations AFTER I have booked, and in most cases paid for, the room. While I completely understand last minute trip changes, etc., it's still sort of frustrating to be out the expense if you do not schedule something in its place. I'm not a high volume provider who can pull strings or call on a regular yet (I wish), so I've pretty much just lost out on the money. (It should also be noted that I have good taste, and do not book crappy rooms. It's part of the experience. I want them to visit me in an upscale environment. But when they cancel, OUCH!) That said, how have you handled situations like that in the past? I usually will book the room upon the second confirmation of our appointment and maybe I need to start doing it last minute. (But what if it's an early morning appt?)

Which brings me to my second question: Does anyone have, or can put me in contact with someone who has, a furnished apt/condo/suite available to use? Please PM or email me if so, and we can discuss that further.

Just throwing this out there to see how others, both hobbyists and providers have handled similar situations.

Thanks for reading!

looking at your donations you are priced very reasonably so I say charge all first time friends a non  refundable room fee to cover the expense of the room given to u upfront.   I know you don't want to lose a booking but paying for room and then they cancel is unacceptable imo.   in the end you are losing money trying to be nice.   me personality I just saw my regular girl earlier this month and I couldn't host but I offered to pay for the room if she would book it for us.  I even offered to meet her before our appointment to give her the money.   she was fine with me bringing the money to her the day of the appointment.    I get huge discounts from her so I figured paying for the room was the least I could do.  I think a provide/ client friendship should always be a two way street.  I take care of you and you take care of me.  once you establish a friendship with a client then perhaps you can waive the room fee and just require it for new clients.   other than that look into getting an apartment maybe share with another provider if you know someone who has one.

I have used hotwire.com in other cities for cheap high end hotels. I like the other comments shown above certain companies will give a refund. This Board is very informative. Most gals do outcalls but some guys need to get away from their groups so an incall is needed.

those kind of places should not be used for this, you can get in real trouble

When I used this service, the owner of the place was staying two doors away and she kept an eye on her pad and her tenant, me (!).  Not a good idea.

I appreciate your answers, guys. Seems like having your own apt incall is the best option. I need to get on that. Til then, I'll give some of your advice a try. Probably not airbnb though, lol.
