assuming you weren't using some other app to correspond to them, the numbers should be there right in your phone bill.
IPhone ios8, Apple can * not * turn over user data to LE because they can't access it either. That's how it was designed.
Icloud on the other hand, Apple can turn over contents to LE when subpoenaed. Encryption is easily broken or bypassed on their end.
So if you're using iPhone as a hobby phone, best to turn off Icloud or use some other service.
