TER reviews are good.  Date check or Eros providers are generally reputable.  Do lots of research.

My man hangup with the whole escort deal is the risk factor involved. I see ads on other sites and figured the best bet is to find someone with higher reviews on TER and go for them since they seem to have the most credibility. Anything else to look for? IMO worth it to pay higher and be safe.

And by "well-reviewed" I'd say at least ten reviews with scores of 7 or above where they describe her menu thoroughly and say her pix are real.  No LE problems then.
As for P411 and Eros I'd make a couple of additional points because they are not the same thing. P411 is a site on which guys and providers can register.  To do so they must provider information verifying they are legit.  It can be abused (and has been used by LE) but P411 is pretty safe.  To become a member you'll have to provide verification info, so you'll have to be comfortable with that.
