when putting one together, especially re screening of guests to insure everyone's security.  So, here are two suggestions:
1) Your friend should enlist a credibile, local person to help host so everyone knows it's being organized the right way.
2) You might do well posting this on the M&G board, which is were experienced hosts go.  You might get some good advice from them.
