As someone who has seen a fair number of GG and TG providers, I find that this is more of a problem with the TG providers I have seen. In addition to this, it would be nice to remember that we are coming to you for our pleasure. I feel that fact gets lost sometimes during a session.
Be willing to honor your agreements with clients and if for any reason, you doubth wheter you can honor an agreement , don`t make it in the first place, if a client is looking for a 9 inch top and you are a 6 inch bottom don`t agree to do the gig, pretending over the phone you are going to be able to fit the bill.

Stick to your agreements about the duration of appoinments, if you agreed to get together for an hour you should be ready to spend 60 minutes with your client, it is fine if he doesnt want the whole time but do not expect to hear from him if you"get him off" quikly and rush him out the door in 30 minutes.
