Now wouldn't it be cool if all the ladies who have cancel or NCNS on us poor dudes gave us a gifts as a form of an apology. Ya know, an "I'm sorry" gift card from the Home Depot, or Wings Stop. That would be cool.....
I have a date with my provider scheduled for Friday but unfortunately have to cancel/reschedule due to something that has come up.
I really do want to see her and was looking forward to my evening with her, but am afraid that by canceling/rescheduling, I will squander my opportunity to ever see her. It's likely the next earliest opportunity would be two weeks out.
Have you had to cancel or reschedule before? What happened? Will she even want to see me the next time I ask? Will she surprise me with an increased rate? Please help!
Just be honest and let her know asap. And be sure to let her know that you are very sincere in wanting to reschedule at the same rate and arrangements. I can not speak for everyone but I for one would be ok as long as you let me know as soon as possible. And in your case its Tues night and you have 3 days to let her know.
We are all different in how we handle cancellations and none of us like cancels. (guys or girls). Be honest sweetie and let her know as soon as you know. Thats the best you can do.

If you really want to see her again, just send an amazon gift card that says "I'm really sorry" and let her know like ten minutes ago that you have to cancel and hopefully the gift card will let her find something nice and to can reschedule at a later date.
Friday is enough advance, but do it now. And if you want her to reschedule.. A little "sorry" will help

Once I had to cancel on a regular last minute and I paid the rate for another lady to go visit him.. I had been seeing him twice a month and felt horrible. He's a great fun guy that I wanted to keep seeing, so I took the initiative to do the right thing.
Please don't lump the women who cancel or ncns and don't offer to make it up to you in some way with all of us, a lot of us do find ways to make things right - offering more time, or whatever works for you. 
yes I had to reschedule a few times sometimes life happens. just let her know asap so hopefully she can find another date for that day. be very sincere and yes if you know you can see her at a later date check in with her and see if she is willing to see you then. when you finally get to see her surprise her with a thoughtful gift. the sooner you let her know the better. good luck!
