Anyone ever been during the week? Does it get crowded? We plan to go as a couple so do they do couples dances or just solo
...Lil D's is my fave Vegas stripclub because it is one of the very few left. I'm a female solo clubber, but have never had a problem getting attention there. I go exclusively in the daytime and the last time I was there (Oct 2013) there was a couple sitting stage side and they were getting plenty of attention from the dancers. I believe that they got several couples dances, so the dancers will dance for one or both people. Just be aware that the girls can charge whatever they want to - I went with 5 different girls to both the regular lapdance area and to VIP and none of them quoted me the same price!
Yes there are only those 2 nude clubs left, althought Talk of the Town is also nude. Its a funky locals divey club on Vegas blvd north of the strip activities. PM me if you want details.
As far as a choice between Lil D's or Palomino, personally I'd choose Lil D's. I dont drink, so the allure of a nude club with alcohol doesnt appeal to me. And the booze there ain't cheap...the going rate last I checked was $10-$12. for a simple cocktail. But in its favor the club has recently had some remodeling done, and the girls there were attractive and attentive to couples. But Lil D's had better mileage and just as attractive dancers so it could go either way. If you'd like a cocktail or 2, go w/ the Palomino. If you prefer a non alcohol environment, stick with Lil D's. You really can't go wrong with either.

Yes we women typically get much better mileage, as long as we are respectful of the dancers and aren't too grabby.
A smart, savvy dancer knows to approach the woman first and gain her trust and get her comfortable before heading into the dance area with the couple. She will primarily focus on the woman in a couples dance. It makes sense - chances are the guy will love seeing his wife groping around with another hot female, and by focusing on the wife it keeps her from getting too jealous if the hubby was getting too much attention. Win-win for everyone. A smart couples friendly dancer knows what she's doing 
I love the private dance area at Little Darlings. $20 a song that's away from the main floor. I'm not sure if any of those dance areas can accommodate more than 1 person at a time. VIP area there might be a better choice.
Palomino might be a better bet.

I've never been to Little darlings, but the Palomino is really a great club. You'll find entertainers from there that work at some of the best topless clubs around . They put millions into the remodel, it is really very nice. I know firsthand most of the dancers have no problem with couples dances on the floor or upstairs or even in the back/ Side area. It's cool that they have two poles onstage, one that spins and one thats stationary. They also have limo service if you request it. Obviously, I am a little biased because I work there from time to time.

I make it a point to visit every time in Vegas. Granted, that's only once a year, but I still enjoy my time there as it's a consistent club. I've been there during the week between 10pm-midnight and found the crowds to be decent. There were always plenty of girls to go around and the hustle factor was never outrageous. I saw plenty of couples and once there was one directly behind me who spent a good portion of the night with three beautiful dancers. Nice place! Would love to do a threesome with the kind of girls there--young, athletic, and mostly natural.
