in a marina and I have never bumped into anybody at any of the big party beaches but there are lots of ladies there who will flash regularly.
If you have a big boat with a cabin, I'm sure you could find a lady or two who would be willing to come out for a longer date. Instead of dinner and time, skiing/sunning and time.
