It does appear odd. Your review appears to meet the reviewing guidelines for a 10. And the lady has gotten 10's before. And you're right, your history of reviews demonstrates you to be on the conservative side.
I had a review kicked back for lack of details. I got the chance to edit it and it was accepted. What was odd was that the details section was probably 6 paragraphs and 3000 words. Sheesh, how much details could I not cover. Well I beleive the problem turned out to be that I used less expelicit terms such as "she down on me" rather than "I got a great BBBJ". Once I made those changes the review was accepted.
Maybe the folks looking at reviews have too many to read and they are scanning for codes like BBBJ or FS or something more explicit. If you tend to use more descriptive language it may pass by their review process. I noticed that some of my recent reviews took a few days to get approved. Remember, they're volunteers so it may be they're overwhelmed with volume.
I submitted reviews of Claudia and Sarah, where I gave them a 10 for performance. I try to be a consistent and fair, but I am a tough reviewer. However, these escorts really got into the appointment, were ultra-GFE, and deserved 10s in my view. In no way did it feel like a business transaction. Instead, it felt more like a hot one-night stand.
I think that in cases such as these, with reviewers with a track record who take ratings very seriously, submitted ratings should stand if the reviewer can justify them -- which I did in PMs to staff.
Regardless, I wanted it to be known to my fellow TER members that these two women are more than capable of delivering a 10 in the performance category. (As always, YMMV but probably not by much.)

I've submitted problem reports on 10's that didn't meet the criteria, and they were disapproved. I'd really like to know why.

In order to keep our performance ratings consistent, we set up the following system: An escort provider may only eligible to earn up to a 7, unless she also willing to performs the following during a session: Kisses With Tongue, Bare-Back Blow Job, Really Bi, Anal Sex, or More than One Guy. The addition of each offering will raise the score she is eligible for by one point.
This does not mean she earns extra points for performing the service; just that she is now eligible for a higher score. Her maximum eligible score is based on what is offered, not what is taken.
You may or may not be interested in the “extra” services she has, but the fact she offers them makes her eligible for the higher score.

I am a provider who refuses to offer greek and I am not really into women so I had a regular client get together with me for a threesome so I could be eligible for higher scores on TER.
This is my usual scale:
CBJ + a good attitude = 6 (7 is possible with an exceptional attitude + DFK)
DFK+BBBJ = 7-8 (depending on her attitude, enjoyment)
BBBJTC/CIM + her body must display physical signs of enjoying the activities (i.e. orgasm or close) = 9
Of course, anal adds 1 point as well.

I'm confused, a SP can score a 10 without providing FS? I would think that a score above 7 irregardless of what else is offered couldn't be obtained unless she provides FS? What could be better than FS?
