I am a BBQ fan. Memphis is on Warm Springs , off the 215 east, about 10-15 min drive.
Heading to Vegas tomorrow and I need a good, no excellent Rib Joint on the strip. My party doesn't like to travel outside the strip much. I mean slow smoke cookin here, Kansas City style if you know what I mean.Talking about fuckin finger lickin shit here.... I hear Mesa Grill is good but I need ass kickin here. PM your spots if you want, but sharing is caring....

The one next to Nellis is GONE. There is another BBQ place there now, but I have not tried it. YMMV
Awesome question! I look forward to more replies so I can take notes!

Great BBQ and atmosphere!!! Totally worth the drive off the strip
mmmmmm - yes this is an awesome place too!!!! Love it!
Now I heard Rollin Smoke BBQ in the T-Mobile arena is good...and it seem to be the only BBQ joint on the strip. What say you?
Looking for beef ribs, not those spare ribs or baby back ribs type of shit....I'm getting hungry and I need meat.
There is a new barbecue place inside the MGM Grand but I've not been there yet But it should be worth checking out.
in Vegas.
I have been wanting to try that bbq fusion restaurant in MGM Ayesha Curry/Michael Mina collab but it is not going to be a traditional bbq restaurant.
I tried John Mulls was supposed to be top ranked and it was gross.
I am very particular about bbq being from the Bay Area but my fav is St Louis for the ribs and Texas.
If you find something good report back
Rollin Smoke is good but try Soulbelly. New and very good. Not sure there’s good bbq on the Strip.
If you don't mind a short drive....
John Mull's "Road Kill Grill". 702-645-1200
3730 Thom Blvd. LV, NV 89130
Google it.
Floyd comes from NC (the bbq capitol of planet earth). This is better. Never go without a visit each trip. It's worth the short drive. You'll thank ole' Floyd. The portions a huge too. The grill on Saturday.
Definitely headed here when I hit up Vegas in April!
I think about the only decent BBQ in Vegas is Big B's on St. Rose. I love their Baby Backs and Tri Tip. I think they have another location but never been to that one. Rollin Smoke over in Summerlin was pretty decent too. All the stuff on the strip I've heard is pretty mid.
