I do as well, and pretty much for the same reason. I usually bite off a quarter to a half of a Cialis tab and that works for me. Just to take the edge of any apprehension I might have of not being able to perform. I like to think of it as being like that old Ban deodorant commercial where 'It takes the worry out of being close'.  Remember that one?

I have seen a few mature gentlemen and not many have mentioned to me that they were taking an ED drug.
In my site I mention that after screening is completed to feel fee to share with me anything you feel that will make for the best session.
And I would want to know about any ed issues or medications being taken.
My question is do you share this information with your providers?
Thanks

You just told everyone.

While I take ed meds and don't try and hide the fact, I may not mention it before hand either. I was more informative about the issues I had before taking ed meds, so the lady didn't think her performance was the issue. To me right now ed meds just get me back to the ability I used to have just 6 years ago. While it might be nice to know about ed meds, it should not adversely effect how the session goes if the guy truly needs it and if it's someone taking it for the fun of it, they are not likely to admit it.

Yes, I use an ED drug and I usually tell the ladies. I'm not certain I've told everyone of them but only because I get "distracted" and just don't think about it. Needless to say, it works quite well. I have no problem with them knowing.

I'm curious why you want to know. Purely for my own edification. I'm always interested to know what ladies think and have to say on a subject. I've always wondered what they thought. I should have asked. They acted as if it was of no consequence. It isn't really because if all goes as it should you'd never know the difference.

The first ED med I used literally left me hangin' one day. I told the provider about the pill after it failed. I switched to another one and have not had a problem since.

I think I would just like to know. Not that I need to prepare differently. I definitely would want to know about any Ed issues. I would hope that the guys would be comfortable in telling me. Just like they tell me about prostrate surgery.  I know it might be uncomfortable to talk about these kinds of issues but I believe the more I know the better I can make you feel. Which is why I ask questions. Like how do you like me to....?
Most of the time I get the answer ..just what you are doing, but in my opinion feedback is important. I usually always ask which way do you want to come and how many times so I know how I can make someone get the most out of our session. And that is about the only time I might be business-like. The rest of the time is sexy time. I actually care.

I know some may feel uncomfortable talking about it but I'm not. I'm pretty much put it out there. I do though sometimes wonder what the people I'm talking to think. Maybe it's TMI. But when I'm with a provider well, after all we are naked and up to something or soon will be so that kind of stuff is just part and parcel of the gig I think. I just wish I had been this open when I was younger. It would have made things much better for all. Damn, people need to talk to one another. I like ladies that ask questions. I like asking them too.

I am 71, take ed meds, which enable me to have great sex twice a week, on average.  The ladies I see have only two concerns---  the donation and getting me hard.  You ladies should be sending thank you notes to the drug companies for opening this lucrative market for you.

I guess I should have asked If you use ED drugs do you let providers know? Of course I realize that ED drugs may have given me some happy returns .I also understand how they have benefited millions of men.
It's not really a concern but I think I would want to know. But if I didn't know it wouldn't kill me. I, myself  have only met a few guys who told me. And a few times I have asked. This is over a seven year period. So I was curious. On the GD board threads about ED are discussed on a regular basis. I didn't  think I would offend anyone by asking and I didn't think it was a sensitive issue.

I'm 64, and take them to make sure I will get my money's worth.  I'm usually good for two cups that way.  However, if I find the lady really turns me on naturally I"ll skip them in future visits.  I think it feels better, and I haven't been disappointed yet.

I think it was a good question and I have learned a lot.  With all my health problems, ED is just another entry on the list.  My ATF has been very patient as I have tried various remedies with little success.  I have always discussed the ED cure de jure with her.  I have about come to a conclusion as to the cause.  Over the last two years I have lost 60 pounds----and my little friend lost interest in sex.  In the last month, I have stabilized at the ideal weight for my height.  In fact I have regained some of the lost weight.  And drum roll please----my little friend woke up; in fact he has been standing at attention fairly regularly.  I will be meeting my ATF Friday for a test run.  I will report back Friday night.

I use them very time I visit a provider.  I may not necessarily need to use them every time but when I am laying out lots of money for an hour of fun, I want to be sure that I can perform the way I'd like to.   I have never mentioned to a provider that I have taken ED drugs because I just figured that they didn't really need to know.

I have a partial spinal cord injury, the nature of which I mention to just about all my companions.  I can get erect without ED meds but pretty often it'll soften up before we are done.  I very tiny chip of Viagra makes all the difference, allows for a nice climax & natural fade after.  I'm one & done...  at least within my time constraints.
A provider once mentioned that V has been scientifically shown to delay climax...  study was done with men with Premature Ejaculation where it about doubled the time...  from maybe 15 seconds to 30.  Not sure it's meaningful to my situation.  The lady was concerned that I'd never finish but really it happened right on schedule.

I will often suffer fade if I get distracted my pleasuring her, but TV or outside noises...  but recover promptly when the focus is back on me.   I suggest a distraction free environment, minimal background music (cover outside sounds with causing me to follow the lyrics).

I tried Viagra once when I was overseas (Amsterdam) when I decided to go to a sex club gang-bang one night.  I had sex probably 5 times in about 4-5 hours at the club.  I was rock-hard for each session and rose to the occasion very quickly.  But, by the time of the third session, I had absolutely no sensation "down there", let alone any inkling of an orgasm.  On the positive side, I had none of the side effects and, as stated above, had no problem getting an erection.

I've since talked to a couple of ladies here in the U.S. who told me that they can tell if a guy is taking ED drugs because he feels artificially hard during oral and the main event.
