Driving long distance

Just curious, for both providers and clients. How far have your driven to meet with someone in NJ? for example has anyone gone to AC from North Jersey with the direct intent of meeting up with a provider down there?

I recently drove from Westchester County, NY to meet an old friend in AC.  When planning a trip I set upo a date with a lovely girl from South Jersey and spent a very enjoyable hour with her in my hotel room.  But I didn't drive all that was just to see her and I wouldn't drive that far simply for a date with anyone, especially since Manhattan is so much closer.

I am from SNJ and there aren't many providers come to my area  that fit my taste or budget.  So I drove frequently to CNJ to  see providers where the supply is better.  The providers I met often came from even farther away than me which makes me feel my trip worth it.  If providers are traveling regularly to gain clients, why can't clients  take road trips to get better deal.  My traveling limit is 1.5 hour one way, so CNJ is the farthest I will go.

But taking long trip to see providers runs the risk of wasting too much time to get no show or cancellation.  So I only take road trips to see reliable agency girls that can guarantee my appointments will go through.  I won't trust indies on road trip appointments as they are less reliable and often pull last minute cancellation if they aren't getting enough booking.

As a client, family and other commitments these days force me to limit travel time to a max of roughly 30 minutes.  I am in the CNJ area so distance and traffic put AC and NNJ out of reach until things change.
