You create the profile.

The first reviewer for a provider creates the profile.

Be aware, however, since this is your first review and also hers, TER may hold publication of your review until there's another review for that provider.

When you go to the Submit a Review page, it lists directions.  You may want to display that in one tab/page of your web browser and open another tab/page to create the review. That way you can refer to the guidelines as you create the review.  Another tip is, compose the text parts of your review someplace else (word processor, email) then copy/paste the text into the review form.  Thet will save you grief in case something happens to the review session before you've submitted the review.

I can't figure this out, can someone help me? I met a girl who advertises on a website other than TER. She asked if I would write a review. She is not on TER, how do I write a review without a profile? Who creates the profile? I am not very tech savvy and don't find this site easy to navigate. Any help is appreciated! Jim.

...I meant to but forgot. However he does have one review. TER may hold this one when he submits it. They may not.

... than what you an I said already.

The answer is:  just do what you did on the review you already wrote, but don't enter the provider's TER ID.  :)

Not necessarily.

From a providers profile, one can simply hit review provider and you're off to the races. You never see the guidelines page and the TER ID is already entered for you. Based on his question, I'm thinking this is what the OP did to submit his review. That's how I've always done it. It's easier. If I recently saw her, I've got her name and number to pull up her profile, but I don't write down ID numbers so I can go in the other way to do a review.

... then one small change to what I said:  do what you did before (i.e. press the Review Provider button, on any provider's profile page), ERASE THE TER ID, and fill in the review form as he did on his first review.

Of course, that won't work any more once the new TER rolls out, since the process of reviewing a provider with an existing profile is much different (and easier) than it is now.  But it works for now.

...you write and submit the review. You will have to fill in the information.

Click the Reviews tab at the top of the page. Click the Submit a Review link. It's the last one on the left just under the tabs. Read the guidelines.  You've already done number 1. When you feel you're good to go click agree at the bottom of the guidelines. The empty profile form will come up. You fill it in. Look it over first to get familiar with it. Use the information on her website and ads to help you. It's OK to ask her about things like height, breast size, breast cup, etc. if you need to. Explain you're filling out her info for the review and you want it to be right. You might want to check with her after you've seen the form and before you try filling it out. You Don't need to fill in her  TER ID number. Leave it blank. She doesn't have one. TER will assign it after your review has been submitted, approved, and posted.

I recommend writing the details of the review in a word document and saving it until you're ready to complete the form. Then copy/paste it before you submit it. That keeps you from losing it if a glitch happens on TER while you're in the process. I had that happen once. Never again.

Note: Don't follow the Review FAQ's which can be found elsewhere on this site. They are incorrect regarding the scoring rules. Use the guidelines I directed you to.

Hope this helps. Feel to ask more questions. If you have use of the PM system feel free to PM me if you like.

Thank you for the step by step instructions, I really appreciate it. Exactly what I was looking for, thank you.

go to the review tab, click on "submit a review," then click on "agree" under the guidelines. I stress the importance of getting the girl involved, if she's up to it. I created a profile for one of the providers I saw, and I emailed her all the questions, which she answered step-by-step. That makes it easier on us both, as I don't have to guess and she doesn't get stuck with inaccurate information on her profile.
