Lets just say a certain local board has a ratings system of stars. 5 being the highest for the best quality girls. What you don't know is that the 5 stars are gotten by being asked for! All you have to do is ask the board admin that you want to be a 5 star and poof you are one. You can be a totally new girl without any other references and get a 5 star.
So hobbyists beware of the stars they are not all what they seem!
Yes and no. You only have to send in very little info to be a verified provider you don't have to have any reviews. However, the star policy goes by how many reviews that lady has on THAT BOARD it doesn't matter if you have a 100 reviews elsewhere you must have good reviews there to be a 5 star lady.
