If you're reaching out to a lady that you've not seen before, it's going to be very difficult for her to accommodate such a request. She needs time to verify you and that doesn't happen instantaneously.  It doesn't mean she can't, but it makes it very difficult for her.  The second part of this equation is the fact that her schedule may not allow it.  Depending on whom the lady is and the area you are in, she may have other plans/not be available.

I personally won't settle for seeing just any lady because all of a sudden my schedule allows for it.  I'm not willing to settle for just anyone.  I'm making an investment both in $ and my time.  Even when I've dealt with a cancellation, I don't try and scramble to find an alternate. Just means that I'll put that $ on the side for the next time.  

Like you, time is often tight for me, too.  Here is what I would do.  Find a moment when you do have extra time for a provider to screen you appropriately, say at least a week prior to a holiday weekend, see her and get some good referrals/whitelisted, etc.  Services like P411 don't hurt, either.  It especially helps when you get the ladies on TER or several other places to okay you as a good client. That way it helps the girl you want to see the most speed up her screening process and if you get lucky you *might* be able to see her that night, schedule permitting.  No guarantees, though. Everyone has their own process to make sure you're legit and you as a client should always respect that.

...agencies are perfect for this. See if there are any reputable agencies in your area. Go through their screening. Once you're in you don't have to be screened again. Then you can call last minute and be good to go. Be sure to research the agency first. Are the photos of ladies that actually work there? Do they have good reviews? Are they dependable? Do they have a good reputation among the hobby community in your area?

Then work it out with her how you're going to handle the communication.  It might be hit-and-miss, but eventually your schedules should coincide.

It's a great tool for short notice appointments,  

I can completely relate as the overwhelming majority of my dates are short notice, almost always same day.  

Another way to increase your odds of getting a short notice date on P 411 at least is to only contact the ladies who are "online" and rather than sending them an "appointment request" send a polite PM asking them if they might be available on short notice. Be VERY careful with your wording however, or you may find yourself on a few DNS lists if it sounds like you are "demanding" an appointment with only five minutes notice.

Of course, be sure that those hours work for her in general. Also make sure she is ok with short notice.

I'd send a friendly introduction saying, "Hi I'm interested in meeting you, but usually can't provide sufficient notice and only have an opening around 8pm M-F. I realize that all women are different so is this ok with you? If so, Is it possible to get verified now, so that you are comfortable with meeting me as that would make it easier for us to meet on short notice."

From there she will let you know! She will also share the best way for you to contact her for short notice requests
