Thank you for explaining your policy. I feel the same way. The whole no notice, on the day of cancellation irked me the wrong way. Especially, considering he was a "business"man and not a newbie.

since I am a low provider (meet with one person in that specific location a day) I do have a cancelation policy in place. It says on my ads, on my website and at the bottom of every email in the communication with that person.
I cant just make a reservation and eat the cost of the room because he decided to cancel or no show.
If the cancelation is done with more than 24 hours, yes' it's an inconvenience because I most likely say no to someone else... but if is within the 24 hour before the date, sorry but I would apply my cancelation fee.

We can re-scehdule of course after the cancelation has been paid first and most likely I would require a deposit for a second meeting.

Providers:

How do you address cancellations? What info and rules/ notice about it do you have posted & where?  Do you set up another appointment or make notes for future reference?

Clients:
How much notice do you give when cancelling and do you actually follow through with what is requested as 🎁

obviously if I did, I would give as much notice as possible, and abide by any rules she posted on her site regarding the consequences.

I can remember canceling an appointment, as I am a man of my word and try to remain punctual at all times.  On another note, I think cancelation fees are ridiculously hypocritical.  I've had a couple of high profile ladies no show with not so much as a courtesy call or explanation why and I didn't see any money deposited in my account for an inconvenience fee, sheesh.

I felt that way at first until I have blocked out hours of my day for a client only to be a no call no show and too late to take another appointment.  That is what bothers me a waste of my time and 💰with no regard to me or my day. Not even saying a hey I left or not interested. That would be the only time I can think of it would warrant a gift of some sort. Obviously,it can't be enforced but it would be courteous. Of course there are exceptions but in this case the guy left town for "business" without a word but not before using a clients name as some sort of reference( I asked for more info) and saying he was friends with so and so. Not a newbie that's for sure.

I get that totally.  I think that every situation should be looked at as an individual basis.  It is easy to lump all into the same boat.  Certainly, no show with no courtesy of at least prior notice should be dealt with accordingly.  I hold off booking appointments initially until I can lock down my schedule, whether that be a lady touring my city or me traveling to a nearby city.  Recently I had an appointment set up and she contacted me the morning of about 2 hours prior saying that she caught her time of the month.  Circumstances happen for both client and provider.  Being on this side of the business transaction I can only guess what things may occur.  Being retired military I have learned to value a person's time and although it may be wishful thinking, hopefully they value mine as well.

As a client, I would fully expect that if I pulled a NCNS that I'd be blacklisted on both your personal list and on TER.  Nobody has time for people that don't respect other's.  It's just super bad taste.  I mean, really, how hard is it to send a txt?

One time I woke up, 3 hours before my appointment, feeling terrible so I went to my appointment. I paid the full donation and explain my illness and left (after I politely declined a BJ because I didn't feel I was up to it).

...because on the day of my session I got my period! Yikes! I contacted my provider and offered to either cancel or still meet up and have just a cuddle session instead (full price, of course). She was such a sweetheart! Not only did she agree to still meet up, but she gave me a very unforgettable session. What a lady :)

if she also gets her period during the month. Sort of be like a "tag, now I have it" lol. One week hers, another yours. lol.

It's not funny, I know. Thank God for Depo-shots.

...I'm fortunate that my periods only last 2-3 days and are pretty light (sorry - TMI! ) so figuring out a good playdate time isn't too difficult. So far in all of my sessions this has only come up once, so I don't worry too much about it :)

I don't know about you, but my ex's always loved a nice cuddle and warm hand on the tummy when that time of the month came around.  Not to mention a lovely bouquet of tulips when in season . :)

health (cold, sore throat, etc.) and I have always given at least 24 and usually 48+ hours notice.

My body is very predictable. When I do get a cold, it starts with a sore throat and processed through for about 4 days and then I am good to go again. Cold meds do not allow Jr. to have a good time plus I don't want to pass anything on to my lady friend.

...3rd cancellation this week. So 3 for 3 now. Since September I've obly had one cancellation. Ugh. Well I'm really free this weekend now. Guess a camping/hot springs trip is in order.

Such a loss for them.  You're beautiful!

and any guy who was fortunate to get a date with you should be appreciative.
