Since you have 104 reviews since May 2015, you should currently have VIP membership through about September of 2019. You can click on your account manager and look at you status. It will show how many VIP days you have left. Yours should show around 940 days.

and I do not recall if this is a free service or not

How nice of you guys.
It doesn't matter how long someone has been here or how many reviews they have. He asked a newbie question, he gets a newbie answer. You do realize that there are people who have been here for years who are clueless about TER rules and policies, don't you? If he is a troll, no big deal, the replies are helpful to other people. Also if you saw my reply you would notice that I brought up his 104 reviews.
