Yoga is good for all ages.

 I always incorporate a few posses into my sessions.  

Makes our time together so much more enjoyable.... and fun.. :)

Many people when they hear Yoga, think odd difficult poses, etc. somewhat true, but really, Yoga is quite easy  for most when done correctly.  
AND
 It helps the mind, body and soul !
The MIND
The Mind is important.  Keeping focused on the 'task at hand'   ;-) Yoga can help that !  
Just a few minutes a day can liven up the entire body - gets the blood flowing more. ( that is good good!) and it is not strenuous like other workouts.  
There are Many benefits to Yoga-
Tai Chi too  
of course, always consult with your Doc first
Yoga is free to do at home Or there are classes.  
If it works well,  You may  save a few more bucks if you don't have to buy those pills!
it isn't for everyone, but anyone can try it! regardless of age, size, etc!

There are Yoga classes in every city , for all ages, beginners too!  
Starting SLOW is Very important!!  can't stress that enough - but once you get the hang
of it, easy peasy! I have a few friends over 60 that do yoga better than I!  
And , I know from experience, it wakes up the libido!
