Hello.  New TER VIP member and recently verified by P411.  

Will be visiting Las Vegas 15-19 for business and would love to meet a lovely lady to spend some time with (dinner, drinks fun times).

Given my inexperience with this process. How do I specifically look ok for providers who are " Newbie friendly "? Given that I am p411 verified does this make things easier for providers if I have no others references?

Also, I think I'd prefer outcall but have heard the hotel I'm staying at on the Strip  may be stricter on the hotel security at elevators. How does one handle this?

Use the Search tab on Newbie and enter "elevator" (no quotes needed in the box) and maybe go back 300 days or so. [300] to [0] days.  That will get you started.

I vaguely recall something about a few places in LV requiring a key-card for anyone entering the elevators, not just person+guest on one key-card.  Normally, not a problem, because you just ask the desk for a spare key, but you'd want to know that in advance.  

The other thing would be, as you make your arrangements, to ask your guest if she knows the elevator arrangements in various hotels (well, YOUR hotel). If she's been around, she will know the issues at each hotel and know how to deal with those issues or tell you if it will require some special planning. (If the special planning involves more than 100 feet of paracord lowered from your hotel room window to the pool deck, I'd suggest asking for a new room on a lower floor.)

As far as P411 - check for the ladies who are newbie friendly-on their profile under" service information" -willing to see" it will state preference ( newbie friendly, basic +1, all P411 members with references  etc.) but be ready to give possibly more info on your behalf because of not having references

Hotel security varies hotel to hotel- some have security at elevators checking keys some don't
If the one you are staying at does you can just meet her downstairs(coffee shop, gift shop, or anyplace) and go up with her-nobody will give you a second look-all security cares about is the keycard- flash and pass

Some ladies have keys at several strip properties just for this purpose so that could be an option also

Most of all enjoy and have fun
So many lovely ladies in Vegas to spend time with

Most providers in Vegas are outcall only anyway, since it is a tourist town, so you will have no problem with the outcall aspect. When elevators have security or require keys, you can meet your provider downstairs and go up together. LV providers are used to this and know the hotels there. Best to work it out with the provider of your choice.  

Since you are on P411, you can actually search for "newbie friendly" providers on P411. It is one of the options there.  Newbie friendly does not mean they won't do any screening. It just means that they don't require provider references.  

If you post on the LV regional board, you may get additional advise as well as a bunch of "pick me" posts.

Not meaning to disparage any of the "pick me" responses but shouldn't we also suggest carefully researching those before responding as he is a newbie?

I'm sure he will find some fantastic providers reaching out to him. I suspect he might also find a few he really wants to avoid. Or does everyone trust P411 that much in terms of vetting the providers there?
