Most major cities and smaller tourist traps have a websites for event planning and such at their local venues: Exhibition Halls, Convention Centers, Theaters, Music Halls, etc. In the city web site of your choice, look for "convention bureau" or "upcoming events" and stuff like that.
I'm just not sure that you'll be able to get a listing on those web sites. "While attending the Mortician's Convention at The Coliseum from March 13 - March 17, be sure to take time out to visit Reese's Girls [link]. You'll think you've died and gone to heaven in a velvet lined casket." Invitation to an event? NFL - buy a ticket! Yachting (America's Cup) - buy a ticket! Award ceremonies -buy a ticket or you aim lower (Snoozeville Teacher of the Year Award), just show up. Do you expect your staff to try to pick up clients (solicitation) while walking the beat? THAT can be dangerous. What am I missing here?

I want to know how do I go about finding events for my agency girls to attend such as the ones listed above in the title or do I need an Invite to these events like setting a booking with many girls.
