No.... but you can rat her out on your local board....

And that's allowed.  Whether it's advisable is strictly a matter of your testosterone level.... and how much of your personal info she has...

Outing her on the GD board is pointless - unless, of course she's a touring pro...  though on the other hand - it is entertaining.

it is allowed, is it advisable to write such a review?

on your local board, did you go the extra mile in trying to contact her at the time of the date? Did you send her an email or text message seeking an explanation for her no show? Sometimes sh*t happens. If 48 hours or so has gone my and still no response from her, the gloves are off and you can do as you wish.

the review is not allowed.  Outing her on this board and your local regional board (and the reviewers only board if you are a member board) is ok, but I offer this advice.  Tell the story of what happened, and don't name her in public.  Tell the readers to PM you for her name if they want it.  That's what I did when it happened to me.

The reason for this is that you do not know how she will react to your post when, or if, she reads it, and you might not want to catch the flack she might send your way.  You might also catch some grief from some of her white knight friends as well, so keeping her name private, available on request, is a good way to avoid that also, IMHO.
