I've never dealt with them but from what I've read , they're pretty good about addressing problems.  

You'll always get a much better reaction from both members and providers if you try to deal with problems at the source first.

I want to share a bad experience i just had with Sissy and Kim at Belle de Jour.  I called Kim this morning to schedule an appointment with Sissy for 7 PM.  Kim said 8 PM would be better but call at 7 PM to confirm, so I agreed.  I called Kim at 7 PM but couldn't get through to her, either the line was busy or the number could not receive any messages.  At 8 PM, Kim called me and said Sissy needed another 30 minutes to get ready.  At 8:30, I was outside the hotel and called Kim.  Kim said she still needed more time to get ready and suggested I wait another 15 minutes before I went up to her room.  I waited the additional 15 minutes, went upstairs and knocked on the door several times with no answer.  I then called Kim for an explanation.  She told me at this time that Sissy had to much to drink from an earlier meeting and needed to take a shower to sober up.  Sissy was to "drunk to perform".  I told her I was leaving and was unhappy for spending an hour and 45 minutes waiting for Sissy to sober up.  I had expected more from Sissy and Kim from all the good reviews on this board.

I saw Sissy/Paulina at 3pm on 3/24 and had the opposite experience...Just as it was six months ago, Sissy was terrific, totally GFE...I know her well enough to know that she is extremely health conscious, so I seriously doubt that she drank too much...Now regarding time wasted and misinformation, BDJ has too many people working the phones...Are you sure it was Kim? I have always found Kim to be extremely reliable. However, when I have spoken to others regarding schedule changes, their reliability has been bad...In other words, dont take it out on Sissy/Paulina. She has lost what little baby fat she had, fixed her teeth, and further enhanced her...self & remains totally SWEET...

Your appointment was with Sissy but you never actually
dealt with her.  Quite simply, you were overbooked.

Any agency is really only as good as its weakest link
which often times are the phone people.

You need to resolve it with the owner of the agency and
determine if this is how the agency operates or if it's
only a particular phone person.

For some agencies, I only deal with certain phone people.
I know their schedules and only deal with them.

Look at it this way. You were annoyed that you wasted 1 hour and 45 minutes waiting for Sissy. How mad would you have been if you saw Sissy and the session was horrible? You would have been real mad. I know I would have. At least Sissy was able to realize that she would be unable to perform at her full ability in the condition that she was in. Had you waited all that time, and spent all that money, and you had a bad session I don't think that you would have been that happy. At least you were able to minimize your losses.

I also saw a BDJ girl yesterday and I was annoyed with a few of the things that happened during the session. I left the session and I was aggrivated so I did not bother to call Kim and tell her last night. I waited until tonight to call her because I knew that I would have a clear head and would be able to express my thoughts in a more professional manner. I called her just to let her know my feelings about the session. That was the only purpose of my call. After discussing the situation, we both agreed that it was a misunderstanding on everyone's part(myself included). She even offered to compensate me, which I agreed to. My dealings with Kim to date have been great. I don't know if it's because I have this special Kim-Be-Good stick or because I treat her with respect, but I have always felt that she has done right by me. I always follow the motto "you get more bee's with honey", and in general I can say that I get favorable responses when I have a problems.
