I doubt the newbs who make those posts can get screened and when they find out the rates they may also not follow thru. And isn't responding to the post part of a providers job? With that said I do agree with JEFF.
I've been browsing here this morning, and found a few posts of guys with NO REVIEWS posting that they're looking for something specific, though they have ZERO reviews and, obviously, no verification.
Are these guys just plain stupid, or am I missing something? Do they expect responses, or are they just on fishing expeditions?
Personally, I smell bacon in the air, and I'd be wary if I'm legit.

While I'd disagree regarding "No Reviews=No Verification", there does seem to be an uptick in Stupidity
I'm always surprised at the amount of hobbyist help that will often times jump in to answer the OP's query.
I'm surprised because 9 times out of 10 the poster is not VIP, which of course means that they are allowed to use certain areas of this site for free....
They certainly have no review history to offer those of us who do pay to belong and contribute to the review system .
And they usually have zero board presence other than flooding the Las Vegas Discussion board with In Search Of Posts.
Those who do not seek VIP status nor contribute to the review system should not be allowed to seek help in making a safe and logical provider decision from those of us that do.

almost every active regional board. But I still see providers posting that they will see someone without reviews etc...so as long as the providers continue to see these ISO, non-VIP and non-review guys it will continue.

What if you are a person that doesn't do reviews? You can still have plenty of references. I stopped doing reviews some time ago but have plenty of good references.
