Newbie provider here, only started a couple months ago. Finally I have a client willing to post a TER review for me, but having trouble helping him figure out how to since I don't have any reviews yet. He keeps trying to search for my profile on here to review me instead of just submitting one. I don't think he has to use my TER ID# to submit the review, right? I don't even think I have a TER ID# yet (or if I do, I can't seem to find it). So all he has to do is submit my the review with my name (doesn't even have to be my username on here) with my website/ad links and that info, or am I missing something.

Thanks for any help you can provide. I promise I attempted looking through all of the FAQs and the Message Board Instruction Manual, etc for my answer first, but couldn't find it.

He fills in all the profile info along with his review.

Since this guy has clearly never submitted a TER review before, he should read through the guidelines that come up when he clicks on Submit a Review.

Thank you both!

Also, your name "NoYellowEnvelope" is cleverly hilarious, I love it.

you should both be aware that since neither of you has been reviewed or reviewed yet, TER puts a high degree of suspicion upon such reviews and as such will most likely hold the review until such time as either you or he or both get a second review.   It could also help your case if you and he posted on the boards so TER can feel like you are both legit.

It's hard to get started on here, but hang on because everyone goes through the same process.
