See the "Provider Ad Posting Guidelines" section in the "TER Instruction Manual" locked to the top of the Newbie Board.  Let's see ...  

You don't need VIP to post an ad.  If you have a Profile (one or more reviews), I can't find it (but "Holly" is kind of a common name); I'll assume you don't have a Profile yet. You must have an ad someplace (as per the instructions).  

* Provider ad posts (and ISO replies) must include a link to either your personal website, your TER review profile, or directly to your ad on an escort mall.  This means that EVERY ad post, in order to be posted, MUST list one of the above three types of links in the "Link URL" field when creating the post. If the "Link URL" field is left blank, the ad post will not be approved.

* If you include a link to your personal site in your ad post, your personal site must follow the PERSONAL SITE REQUIREMENTS FOR AD POSTING  below for your ad post to be posted.  

* Your contact information must be on the web page that you link to. This includes your stage name.

There are some more relevant rules (only one ad per 7 days, etc.). You can include a picture in your Ad Board ad but "How do I post a picture?" is a whole other FAQ.

Personally, I would recommend that you consider paying for monthly VIP for a little while in order to have access to PM (private mail) and a few other privs. You can pay by using anonymous Gift Cards.
