TER Review and Profile needs to be updated

Although you can report a Problem as Julia and perfectstorm have suggested, you need good proof. An occasional DATY in the presence of a Profile NO might be considered a YMMV or an error by TER and they will reject your problem report. Don't lose any sleep over it.

If it's someone you want to visit, and something is a deal breaker (DATY), contact the reviewers by PM and ask for feedback. Sometimes, you'll get a "Now I'm not so sure ... it was months ago ... maybe she did say no." or "Yes, but I'm a regular, so she let's me (after the third visit) but it's not for first timers or everyone." Some things are YMMV, not Y/N.

Even if multiple reviewers claim Yes for a service, the Provider might have told TER to keep it as No because it is YMMV and she doesn't want to have to be on the hook with a disappointed client.

So how is this "services offered" section actually "calculated"?
The first reviewer establishes what appears in the Profile. Subsequent review forms do not change it, at least not automatically. REVIEWERS SHOULD STILL FILL OUT THE FORMS with their own answers because I think that TER uses those "hidden" forms to decide whether or not to change a Profile when they do get a Problem Report. Do not just assume that it isn't worth the effort to check the boxes accurately; I believe your info does matter. I just need TER to confirm that.  However, ...

THAT change will give us a better idea of what is reasonably available and incorporate (and "calculate") each individual's info, not just the answer that the first reviewer (who sets the Profile) reports.

Sorry if this has been asked before.  A few forum searches didn't come up with any answers.

Been a member for a few years but only recently decided to go VIP.  I did so to be able to see what others are reporting as far as services offered to them by providers I'm seeking to book.

I know when I put in a review, it asks me to select what services were offered to me by that provider, but I noticed that when I read reviews others posted, you cannot see what they selected for "services offered" when they submitted the review.

I do see that you can see what looks like a general "services offered" section in the providers profile, but I have seen that very often it's wrong.

I have viewed countless profiles in the past few hours that I have been a VIP and have seen so many profiles where the "services offered" section does not match what clients are stating in their reviews.

Example:  "Services Offered" states the provider does not allow DATY yet many or most of the reviews state that they did perform DATY on the provider.

So how is this "services offered" section actually "calculated"?

It is only changed via problem reports. The Provider can request changes on her own profile or any TER member can request a change by submitting a problem report with proof. In the case you mention, the first reviewer probably never got daty so he put it down as a no. The other reviewers received daty and they probably put yes but that doesn't change the profile. You can actually submit a problem report yourself and use the juicy details of the reviews that said they performed daty, as proof.

Although you can report a Problem as Julia and perfectstorm have suggested, you need good proof. An occasional DATY in the presence of a Profile NO might be considered a YMMV or an error by TER and they will reject your problem report. Don't lose any sleep over it.

At least now I know what's going on.  I'll just have to scan reviews to see what I'm looking for.  Thanks a buch
