The (current) last comment in the GFE thread below got me thinking about this. A number of my married friends/associates outside the hobby have elected to have their tube snipped rather than deal with additional children as their chosen birth control method.

got the chop-job after my second child was born. I can't help but wonder if your question isn't a veiled attempt to see if any providers will do BBFS since you can't impregnate them.

No, it's not and I'm not snipped so that would be a really bad move on my part for multiple reasons!
However, I could see some trying to make that argument, and that was one of the thought I was wondering if I'd hear mentioned by any of the providers.

Any time a hobbyist mentions that he is snipped, I tend to feel that it's an attempt at getting BBFS. Unless we have somehow wound up in a conversation about available methods of birth control there is no other logical reason to mention it. Personally, I think it would be best just not to bring it up. It's not like we can look at your package and tell.

Since you seem to be saying you have had such clients I'm guessing not all of them have brought it up early in the session. What about after,you got to notice that there's really not much of anything in the bag, right?

In any case my initial musing was about guys that go to the solution and if they tend to be more faithful or if it's not significant in terms of fidelity or not -- then again, I have not clue as to the % of married men snipped versus not or the number of married men who hobby.
I really haven't had it come up in conversation after. Some guys naturally don't have as much in the bag as you put it. There are some even who finish without any external sign.

A vasectomy prevents sperm from entering the semen. It does not reduce the amount of semen.

I'll take that advice and never mention it but I figured it would just be an extra bit of comfort for all involved parties to know... you know just in case.
If there were to be an oops such as a broken condom I can see where that would be comforting information to know. That might be one exception where it would be a good thing to mention.

Snipped or not shouldn't really matter, at least it doesn't to me. Even if I wasn't in this business I would use protection regardless with the exception of marriage? It's not worth it to me as a provider and (not to be harsh to those that do allow BBFS) it shouldn't be worth it to you either. No disease is worth an hour of fun. I REALLY REALLY REALLY dislike receiving messages asking about anything really, but especially BB
