Tried to open the wrong vehicle, thinking it was yours? I have, and the key broke in the door in 20 below weather (I was renting a Dodge Intrepid at the time. Hate to admit it, but now it's funny)...

Walked out of class one day to a massive parking lot, unlocked and got in "my" car, cranked it up but then the radio was on a weird station. Seat was in the right spot, mirrors were off a little bit: figured a friend found it unlocked and played a trick on me. Looked in the rearview mirror to back out of the spot, and there was my car in the row behind. WTF?!?
Manufacturer only had 500 possible key codes and, as a cheap car, was fairly popular. I locked their car back, then drove mine home.
