Is offer a discount to TER members who have already written reviews for others who will consider writing a review for you. I would not offer a discount to someone who has not written reviews before. They may not ever write a review for you, and a if they do, a review from someone who has no other reviews doesn't carry a lot of weight.
When I first started I offered 50% off to guys who had written reviews who would write a review for me. Almost all of the people who said they would write a review for me did write a review and I got a bunch of reviews and just a couple of weeks. You might consider starting your rates off a little bit lower than other ladies who were offering similar services with similar attributes. This might tempt a few more people to "take one for the team". Once you get 10 reviews are so you can increase your rates. And once you get on the top 100 list you can increase them even more. Keep an eye on the top 100 list for Chicago. See what the other ladies are charging, what services they are offering, and what their review averages are so you can keep your rates competitive but not too long either.

One way to get reviews is to ask for them. Another is to connect with people on your local boards.

Please don't get discouraged. I found you on Eros and you're not just pretty you're beautiful 😍Its hard when you start out especially in a big city like Chicago. I would encourage you to be very active on your local board. And don't be ashamed to ask for reviews. Once you get one or two you will get rolling. My job's home office is in Chicago so I will definitely reach out the next time I'm in the Loop.

I'm sure it must be hard to get established in a big city with lots of competition, most of guys won't see a lady without reviews because we don't know who you are or if we can trust you yet, but after a few good reviews, business should pick up.

Providing the photos are decent or wonderfully and tastefully indecent - the photo only board is a good way to get noticed.
