even without a hj, say $20-$30. With hj is considerable more. Most, if not all, of the girls work strickly for tips. The 60/80 is the "house" money.

In the purest sense, a tip is an offering for commendable service given with no further expectation of expanded services or time.  If the service is not commendable, I would not leave a tip - neither would I bring my business back.

On the other hand, tipping is often a term applied to money given specifically for expanded services such as BJ and/or FS, among other things.  

If we are talking about the latter, something in the $100-200+ range is more apropos, and if the service merits, another tip after the service would be a nice touch.  I have done this and obtained some very wonderful long term arrangements with a couple of AMP gals

Especially in AMPs where the "house fee" is under $100 hr. There are some AMPs that are "all inclusive" and charge around $160 hr and FS is included in that fee. You pay the $160 in advance and any tipping you do is purely voluntary, but highly recommended as getting a TS, a full massage and both a BJ and FS for $160 is a pretty good deal and the girls work hard for their money.

Now in the AMPS that charge under $100 hr for the house, it's expected that you tip the girl for any extra services, even just a hand job. Depending of the quality of service of course. I would suggest the tip for just a hand job to be from anywhere as low as twenty bucks for lackluster service up to $40-50 for stellar service, the tip for a bj ranging from $50-80 and FS $100-150.  

In many AMPs the girls will tell you what the expected "tip" is and will ask for it before those additional services are provided. I have a few places where I am known and I know that I am going to get FS, so I usually just give them the entire amount when I pay the house fee as to not have to stop the action on the "flip" Actually in a couple of places, they don't even ask me for the house fee in advance and I pay both the house fee and the tip at the end of the session, just like I do with many hookers with whom I am a regular. I would not suggest this until you are well known at an establishment however, you want your girl concentrating on showing you a good time, not worrying if she is going to get paid.

In the AMP world, a tip is always expected. A "tip" in the AMP world is the actual fee for service to the provider. The fee you pay to the mamasan when you walk in the door is just the "house" fee, which basically equates to the room rental. The "masseuse" or provider works for the tip. Things work slightly different from one area to another sometimes, but here in Hawaii the house fee is either 50 or 60 paid upon entry to the mama, and then a "tip" of 150 (for full service) paid to the provider, usually at the end of the service. For only BJ service or only HJ service the tip is usually lower.
