First order of business is to negotiate a volume discount on ED meds and STI testing. Next is something along the lines of those airplane clubs, only instead of a shared plane it's a discreet, convenient apartment, with hot tub and heated massage table, for use by the members. The lease can be in the name of the founding member as a sign of respect. If we work it like a fraternity and only let the cool OFUGs join, it should be easy to develop a cadre of "little sister" providers who are thrilled to participate. Need to be careful about hazing rituals, though. Lot of weak backs and hearts.
